1 · Band — what is it?

• 80–100 Money, a very expensive product for all participants, or something indispensable — without it, part of the programme doesn't happen.
• 70–80 Dinner or food for all participants; a gift we keep that eases running the session and would otherwise have cost money; entertainment felt across the whole session.
• 0–60 Anything else that improves the quality of the session: snacks, drinks, small merch, extras.

2 · Position in the band — how long is it felt?

• Whole session, every day → top of the band.
• Several moments (every coffee break, every party) → middle.
• One or two moments (one dinner, one handout) → bottom. A punctual impact never scores above 70.
• All participants beat part of them; participants beat orga team only.

3 · Fine-tune — small moves, never across a band

• Appreciation A product people love → +1 to +3 (chocolate > tea).
• Brand Globally known / iconic → +2 to +5. Brand never beats duration or coverage.
• Gift vs loan A gift we keep → +1 to +3 over the same thing on loan.
• Personalised / MIF-branded → +1 at most.
